Marian moved to this remote area in the north of Brazil with her small children and upon realizing that the village had no pre-kindergarten education, she sought out funds and started one. While she is raising her own children, she is also raising and educating the village. PaperSeed has sponsored an education coordinator, a structure for a second pre-K facility and playgrounds with Vila Viva.
